In our Labor Law area, we advise our clients in making appropriate and timely decisions to avoid labor contingencies.

LABOR CONTRACTING PLANNING

We design personnel hiring policies considering the specific activities of the company, in order to facilitate the efficient management of human resources.

REMUNERATION PLANNING

We participate in the strategic planning of remuneration to support the control and reduction of labor cost overruns. To this end, we appropriately use non-remunerative concepts and other legal alternatives.

We develop personnel compensation systems to encourage productivity without generating greater cost overruns.

HIRING FOREIGNERS

We support our clients in the planning of hiring and payment of remuneration of foreign personnel. Also in our Labor Law area, we support the management of adequate migratory qualities, both for workers and their families.

LABOR AUDITS

We conduct labor audits to determine the strengths and weaknesses of personnel management. We specify the contingencies generated, the immediate actions and, in a preventive manner, the future actions to avoid new contingencies.

LABOR LITIGATION

We sponsor individual and collective labour disputes before specialised courts and tribunals. We provide advice on labor inspections and procedures before the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion.

UNION NEGOTIATIONS

We design collective bargaining plans and strategies to deal effectively and responsibly with trade union actions. We accompany our clients throughout the negotiation process with workers' unions.

DISMISSAL PROCESSES

In our Labor Law area, we support our clients in the design of processes for the termination of workers, both individual and collective, seeking to prevent labor conflicts.
